Inspirational Company Culture
Deck Ideas (With Examples)

Companies with strong organizational cultures perform four times better
than companies with weak cultures. Yet culture is often taken for granted, and many organizations don’t record their aspirations.

Company culture is at a crossroads. From public strikes to disagreements over return-to-office mandates, many employees feel unaligned with their employers.

Before we get into the culture ideas and examples, here’s a disclaimer. Company culture doesn’t come solely from leaders telling others how they feel—it belongs to everyone. So, for any culture deck to be seen as valid, it needs to be rooted in reality.

Transparency and repetition are powerful tools and using a culture deck as another inspirational touchpoint in your employee experience, internal communications, and HR strategies can be a positive, reinforcing affirmation. As neuroscience and psychology both show, repeatedly telling ourselves stories can lead to productive behaviors.
